Mill Run man waives indecent exposure charges
A Mill Run man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman in his bedroom waived his charges in exchange for a tentative plea deal Wednesday.
Clifford Ray Prinkey, 47, is charged with indecent exposure and harassment. His tentative deal includes probation, no contact with the alleged victim and mental health treatment.
According to court documents, the alleged victim was at his Mount Tabor Extension residence with another person when he “summoned” her to his bedroom Sept. 11. She said he had his genitals exposed and asked, “Do you want some of this?” She yelled, and the witness came into the bedroom. The alleged victim and witness left the house.
Police said the woman had text messages from Prinkey on her phone saying he was sorry and asking her not to call police.
Prinkey is currently free on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
