A Uniontown woman who allegedly hit another woman with her car was charged again after she allegedly told the victim something worse would happen.

Shirale Harris, 22, of Dunlap Street was arrested Tuesday evening and charged with intimidating a witness and terroristic threats.

The alleged victim, Margrett Mitchell, called city police when she allegedly saw Harris parked across the street from her Pershing Court residence, sitting in the car with her lights on at about 8 p.m.

Harris reportedly told her, “You thought I hit you before. ItĢƵ going to be worse,” according to the affidavit of probable cause filed in her case.

Harris was charged with attempted homicide and related charges in February when she allegedly hit Mitchell with her Chevrolet Sonic in Pershing Court, causing her to roll onto the hood and hit her face on the driverĢƵ side window before falling on the ground. Harris then allegedly stopped, backed up and tried to hit her again. Mitchell suffered a closed head injury, knee injury and sprained wrist requiring rehabilitative treatment.

Harris waived those charges to the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas Feb. 21. A $50,000 unsecured bond was set in that case.

Harris is lodged in Fayette County Prison in lieu of a $25,000 set Tuesday night by Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis. The preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for 1:30 p.m. May 9 before Dennis.
