Greene County man arraigned on human trafficking charges
A Greene County man is facing human trafficking charges for allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Allegheny County in June.
Peter 鈥淧etey鈥� Moldovan IV, 31, of Toms Run Road in Holbrook was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff蘑菇视频 Task Force Thursday night after an investigation by Allegheny County Police.
Paperwork filed in the case indicates the girl蘑菇视频 mother drove her to Avalon Motel in Bellevue to meet Moldovan. He paid the mother $20 to 鈥渄rive around for a few hours鈥� and booked a hotel room where he allegedly assaulted the girl, according to police.
The mother has not been charged in the case. The 蘑菇视频 does not identify victims of sexual assault.
The teen told investigators she had known Moldovan for several years.
He is charged with trafficking of persons, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, conspiracy to commit sexual assault and indecent assault.
Moldovan was arraigned Friday morning before Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates. He is lodged in Greene County Prison in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
