A Megan’s Law offender who spent time in prison for fondling children is facing new charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at his 82 Lemon St. house and bit her to stop her from leaving.

Uniontown City Police issued an arrest warrant Thursday for John David Zack, 42.

The woman said she went to Zack’s residence May 13 to use Wi-Fi. She was on the porch when Zack told her another person inside wanted to see her. He allegedly sexually assaulted her while she repeatedly said she wanted to leave. She told police he grabbed her to stop her from leaving and bit her on the stomach. Police said a mark was on her stomach.

She reported the alleged assault to police that day.

The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ does not identify those who allege they are victims of sexual assault.

Zack is charged with aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion and indecent assault.

He was convicted of indecent assault in 2011 for molesting a boy and a girl, ages 6 and 8, respectively, over a two-year period in Georges Township.

He was sentenced to three to six years in prison and deemed a sexually violent predator after telling a social worker he couldn’t stop touching children.
