By The 1 min read

A man and woman found in a stolen vehicle in Masontown on Sunday had active felony warrants in Erie County, police said.

Masontown police arrested Nathaniel J. Grega, 36, of Erie and Nicole Robin Kidd, 39, of Ashtabula, Ohio, on North Main Street after spotting the vehicle, which was reported stolen with stolen registration plates.

Kidd was transported to Uniontown Hospital after she complained of pain. She was released Monday afternoon and transported to the Fayette County Booking Center, police said.

She is charged with theft, receiving stolen property and false identification to law enforcement. She was arraigned Monday evening before on-call Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis and lodged in Fayette County Prison in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Grega was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of motor vehicles. He was arraigned Sunday morning by on-call Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II and lodged in Fayette County Prison in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Court records indicate the two are facing similar charges in Erie County. Both are charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicles and receiving stolen property. Kidd is facing an additional charge of theft.
