Clarification
William I. Miller, 42, no address listed, was charged with fleeing or eluding police, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and resisting arrest. During the course of the arrest, police allege Miller also gave the name of his brother, Michael Miller. Michael Miller’s name was initially listed on court paperwork in the case, and ran in a listing of recent arrests published on Monday. Court paperwork has since been changed to reflect that William Miller was charged, and authorities added a count of false identification to law enforcement for using his brother’s name.
