Uniontown police: Woman stabbed boyfriend over crack money
A Uniontown woman stabbed her boyfriend in the leg because he wouldn’t give her $50 to buy crack Friday, police said.
Uniontown City Police issued an arrest warrant for Deneen M. Clayton, 53, of Coolspring Street.
She fled on foot after the stabbing at a 50 Euclid Ave. apartment, according to court documents.
John Phillips suffered a two-inch cut to his left calf, police said.
He told Clayton he did not have money to give her after paying rent, and she sat up and cut him, court documents indicate.
Phillips told police he chased her out of the house. She threw a trash can at him before fleeing, police said.
Clayton is charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.
