A 24-year-old man was arraigned Thursday morning for allegedly impregnating a teenage girl and exchanging sexually explicit images with her.

Levi Alexander Wolfe of Broadway Street in Point Marion is charged with unlawful contact with a minor, sexually abusive contact with a minor, child pornography, disseminating explicit sexual material involving a minor, corruption of minors and harassment.

Wolfe allegedly had a sexual relationship with the girl, who is 16, for about five months. Her mother told police she became aware of the relationship when her daughter became pregnant. The teen later had a miscarriage, according to court documents.

Her mother told police that during the brief pregnancy, she allowed Wolfe around her daughter “for the sake of the baby.” After the miscarriage, she said Wolfe was asked to leave her daughter and her friends alone. He allegedly continued contacting the girl, according to the affidavit of probable cause filed in her case.

Wolfe and the teen also allegedly exchanged nude pictures, which her mother reported finding on Facebook messenger. She told police she blocked Wolfe from her daughter’s Facebook. Her mother said Wolfe would sometimes appear near their home.

The teen saw Wolfe in Point Marion and asked him to leave her alone, using “some choice words,” she told police.

Wolfe was arraigned Thursday morning before Magisterial District Judge Daniel C. Shimshock and released on a $50,000 unsecured bond.
