An arrest warrant was issued for a Uniontown woman who allegedly hit another woman with her car during a confrontation in February.

Britni D. Frazee, 40, of Apple Street is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and accidents involving personal injury for reportedly hitting Mary Jo Lancaster outside her Lenox Street home at about 12:30 a.m. Feb. 26.

Lancaster suffered a bruised tailbone and road rash, according to court documents. She was treated at Uniontown Hospital. She reported the incident to Uniontown City Police March 4.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in her case, Frazee sent Lancaster messages on Facebook, saying she was on her way and “knows where she’s at.” Lancaster was home with Nathanial Hunter and her juvenile daughter. She heard a horn blowing and Frazee yelling for Hunter to come outside, saying she had something for him. Hunter told Lancaster to close the doors and they heard a living room window break.

Lancaster went outside to confront Frazee, with her daughter following her onto the porch. She reported Frazee got into her Chevrolet Impala and sped toward her, hitting her and causing her to land on the hood. She said Frazee slammed on the brakes and accelerated until Lancaster let go of the car, rolling into the road in the vehicle’s path. Frazee allegedly sped toward her, and Hunter helped her from the ground.

The girl reportedly witnessed the assault and corroborated her mother’s story.

Police interviewed Frazee in April. She said she went to the home to confront Lancaster and Hunter about a sexually transmitted disease. She said she broke the window with a baseball bat, and Lancaster “came at her” as she was getting into her vehicle and stepped in front of the car. She claimed Lancaster jumped onto her car and slid off as the vehicle moved slowly, according to court paperwork.

Charges were filed July 12 before Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros.
