State police issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for a Uniontown man who allegedly sexually assaulted a boy multiple times when the victim was between 4 and 6 years old.

Joshua Luke Hall, 33, of Locust Street is facing four counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual assault and indecent assault of a person less than 13.

The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ does not identify those who allege they are victims of sexual assault.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the boy, who is now 10, reported the alleged assaults in September. A forensic interview was conducted in October. The boy told investigators that multiple times, Hall threatened him, forcibly performed sex acts on the boy and forced the boy to perform sex acts on him.

“Josh told him if he told anyone he would hurt him,” police wrote in the affidavit.

“He never told anyone because he was afraid Josh would hurt him,” the affidavit said.

Hall is no stranger to the law. Since 2008, he has faced charges in five previous cases in Fayette County, including robbery, endangering the welfare of children and strangulation. The felony strangulation charge, filed July 23, was later dismissed.
