A Uniontown man is behind bars after he allegedly sent videos of himself sexually abusing a young girl to an undercover FBI agent in Washington, D.C.

Zachary Thomas Bosh, 35, of Ben Lomond Street reportedly sent a series of live videos to the agent through Kik, an instant messaging app.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in his case, Bosh initiated the conversation with the undercover agent Friday afternoon. He reportedly told the agent he was 39 and the girl was 10, and sent the agent a series of live videos of him inappropriately touching the child.

Authorities said the child appeared to be asleep.

The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ does not identify alleged victims of sexual abuse.

Agents matched the Kik account to Bosh that day, and sent information to state police in Uniontown. Troopers and an FBI agent responded to his home at about 6:30 p.m., and executed a search warrant.

Bosh is charged with two counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault and one count each of unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. Charges were filed by state police in Uniontown.

He was arraigned Saturday morning before on-call Magisterial District Judge Richard A. Kasunic II, who set bail at $250,000. Bosh remains in Fayette County Prison, unable to post bail.

Court documents indicate he has hired private attorney David Shrager.
