Carmichaels man charged with sexual assault
A Carmichaels man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman.
Michael Vinsick, 51, is charged with two counts of aggravated indecent assault and one count of simple assault.
The 蘑菇视频 does not identify those who allege they are victims of sexual assault.
According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in his case, Vinsick groped the woman and she pushed his hand away, saying, 鈥淭hat蘑菇视频 not going to happen.鈥� He allegedly pulled down her pants and forcibly performed a sex act on her while she cried and begged him to stop.
Vinsick was arraigned Tuesday morning before Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates, who set bail at $25,000. Vinsick remains in Greene County Prison in lieu of bail.
