A story that ran Thursday referenced Right-to-Know requests for a list of evidence allegedly missing from the Masontown Borough Police department and a copy of the department’s manual filed by Masontown Borough Council Vice President Sam Chahl that were granted last month upon appeal by the Office of Open Records. Thursday’s story did not specify that the requests were granted by the Office of Open Records on appeal.
