More than a dozen charged in Rostraver party
Fourteen people, including several juveniles, are facing charges in connection with an underage drinking party in Rostraver Township on Memorial Day.
The alleged host, Andrew Allen Temoshenka, 50, of 1420 Rostraver Road, is charged with furnishing alcohol at the party police raided about 6:50 p.m. at his home.
A large number of those in attendance ran from the house after police arrived there, and were eventually apprehended in traffic stops, court records show.
The investigation resulted in charges of underage drinking and escape being filed against: Zana Marie Zadrozny, 19, of 131 Zmz Lane, Washington Township; Thomas George Rodriguez, 20, of 123 Valley View Drive, Rostraver; John Parker Manges, 18, of 301 Ella St., North Belle Vernon; and Tatiana Nicole Levis, 19, of 462 W. Spring Grove Boulevard, Rostraver, according to charging documents.
Derek Cesovski, 20, of Donora, is accused of bringing marijuana to the party. He is charged with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession and underage drinking and is free on $10,000 bond set by District Judge Charles Christner.
Meanwhile, Michael Allen Zadrozny, 53, also of 131 Zmz Lane, is charged with obstruction over accusations he tried to interfere with police having his daughter Zana in custody, court records show.
With the exception of Cezovski, the charges were issued Tuesday by summons from Christner’s office.
The remaining suspects have been charged in juvenile petitions.
Police said Temoshenka has served as an assistant soccer coach at Belle Vernon Area High School.
