Greene County man charged with ramming vehicle with woman inside

A Greene County man is behind bars after he allegedly rammed a vehicle with a tri-axel truck while a woman was inside, and tried to hit her when she ran out of the vehicle.

State police arrested Paul A. Good, 44, of Good Hill Road in Prosperity for the alleged incident at HoyÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Construction on Rolling Hill Road in Franklin Township, Greene County at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in his case, the altercation started as an argument between Good and Susan Good. Police did not identify whether the two are related.

Ray Stewart reported the incident to state police, saying his garage, tri-axel construction truck and construction service truck were damaged.

Surveillance footage reportedly showed the Goods arguing and Paul Good climbing into the tri-axel truck, ramming the other vehicle into the garage. He allegedly tried to strike her with the tri-axel truck when she fled, according to state police.

He is charged with aggravated assault,criminal mischief, simple assault and reckless endangerment. He was arraigned Thursday morning before Greene County Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates and lodged in Greene County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for 10:30 a.m. March 19 before Bates.
