Victim identified in fatal hit and run in Dunbar Township
The woman who was killed by a hit and run driver Friday night was identified by officials Monday morning.聽
Polly Vreselovic, 54, of Connellsville died after she was hit by an unidentified driver at about 7:45 p.m. Friday on Vanderbilt Road.
State police are still working to identify the driver, who fled the scene. Another driver who came upon the woman called 911.
The Fayette County Coroner’s Office is working to identify next of kin for the victim. Friends of family members of Vreselovic are asked to call the coroner’s office at (724) 430-1270.
