Uniontown woman charged with filming sex with teen
Uniontown City Police issued an arrest warrant for a Uniontown woman who allegedly filmed sex acts with a teen.
Kayle Dawn Black, 23, of Askren Street is charged with designing or copying obscene material depicting a minor, unlawful contact with a minor, filming sex act depicting a minor and corruption of minors.
According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in her case, Black engaged in sex acts with the teen, who is 16, and recorded them on her phone. Police collected her phone and the teen’s phone into evidence and observed videos of sex acts.
Police were made aware of the allegations with a report of Black sharing videos of the teen. Police told them it was not a crime for Black to have sex with a 16 year old. The age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16 years. Black told police the sex was consensual.
She was also wanted out of Washington County, according to court documents.
Charges were filed Thursday before Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros.
