Julius Ridgley Applause
Uniontown native Julius Ridgley is a member of New Pittsburgh CourierÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Fab 40 Class of 2019, which recognizes young movers and shakers for their dedication and hard work.
A son of Gwendolyn and the Rev. Louis E. Ridgley Jr., he earned a bachelorÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ degree in hotel, restaurant and institution management from Penn State University in 2003 and a master of business administration degree with a focus on strategy and management development from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015.
Ridgley recently celebrated his 17th year with Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, working his way up to manager of Team Member Experience where he oversees internal management development, hourly recruiting, staffing and engagement, training of technology roll outs for Hello Bistro, The Porch and Eat’tn Park family restaurants.
An Eagle Scout with Old Trails Scout District, Ridgley is on the advisory board for Goodwill Fayette County and Pittsburgh Technical CollegeÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Hospitality program and treasurer for the Woodcrest Homeowners Association. He has volunteered with Junior Achievement, Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank, Cooking Matters, Sarah Heinz House and Penn State Hotel Restaurant Society.
Ridgely lives in Coraopolis with his wife, Pam, and their children, Jonas and Cora.
