Three men sentenced for deer poaching
Three men from Washington were sentenced this week for poaching deer last year.
According to the Pennsylvania Game Commission, Ezra McClelland, 20, Julian Marth, 21, and Grant Bamberger, 20, pleaded guilty to felony charges related to the two-day poaching spree.
According to the game commission, in December 2023 the trio killed 21 deer in Washington and Allegheny counties and left their bodies. Six were antlered bucks.
Each man permanently lost their hunting licenses, sentenced to seven days in jail, and to pay more $6,300 in fines and restitution.
