The color guard wore antlers, the cattle donned holiday garlands and a vintage fire truck was topped by a smiling Kris Kringle. The elevated levels of yuletide cheer were matched by a festive crowd along High Street for SaturdayÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Christmas parade in Waynesburg. The annual highlight has been going on since 1938, when it drew an estimated 7,000 people. For the fourth year in a row, first prize went to First Baptist Church of Waynesburg, which won for its SantaÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Workshop float.
