The suspect in the shooting death of a Rostraver Township woman was booked into the Washington County jail late Tuesday.

Court records indicate that Dorian Coral Jeri-Greene was arraigned at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday on felony charges of burglary, robbery and criminal trespassing before District Judge Eric Porter. Porter sent Jeri-Greene to the Washington County jail without bond.

Jeri-Greene was charged by Westmoreland County detectives this week for the murder of 24-year-old Jennah Marie Seibert. He is accused of entering Seibert’s Rostraver home at 400 Lenity School Road the morning of April 11 and shooting her multiple times with an AR-15.

Online court records show that Jeri-Greene, 39, is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing before Porter in Washington County at 9:30 a.m. June 4. Another preliminary hearing for Jeri-Greene is scheduled two days later before District Judge Wayne Vlasic in Westmoreland County on charges of criminal homicide, robbery, burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

Investigators in Westmoreland County used surveillance footage to track Jeri-Greene’s movements the morning of April 11. At about 3:18 a.m. he could be seen walking across the Monessen-Donora Bridge toward Seibert’s home.

After Bryan Murray, Seibert’s fiance, left for work around 7:41 a.m., Jeri-Greene emerged from a storage shed and walked toward the home carrying an AR-style rifle, according to court documents.

Murray and Seibert’s father went to the home after being unable to get in contact with her. They found the electrical meter had been removed from its housing, cutting off electricity to the home. Murray called 911 after discovering Seibert’s body at about noon.

According to the criminal complaint, Jeri-Greene stole several pieces of jewelry and Seibert’s Lexus SUV.

Investigators tracked the vehicle’s movement with traffic cameras as it traveled to Monongahela. Jeri-Greene purchased cigarettes from the 7-Eleven at 200 Dry Road, and then left the vehicle in a parking lot in New Eagle.

Charging documents state that Jeri-Greene had been staying in a detached garage at 32 Lookout Ave., Monongahela. Zachary Glover, who also lived at the residence, told investigators that Murray and Seibert’s home was a “good money house.” Glover also said that Jeri-Greene had left for Maryland with his mother April 14, and planned to travel to Florida.

According to the complaint, earlier this month investigators found that Jeri-Greene had sold several pieces of Seibert’s jewelry to a pawn shop in Tampa, Fla. Murray was able to provide a receipt for a 14-karat gold chain.

Tampa Police Department in Florida arrested Jeri-Greene last week on a fugitive warrant related to the Washington County charges and held him for extradition.

In Washington County, Jeri-Greene is accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s house in the 200 block of Allen Avenue and assaulting her on Feb. 2.
