State police in Uniontown are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered woman.

Rochelle Winn was last seen on video surveillance around 8:44 p.m. Saturday in Connellsville. Her most recent cellphone activity placed her in Confluence about 7:05 p.m. Sunday, police said.

That day, she was also reported to be at the Anchor Inn in Addison in Somerset County.

Winn is described as a white woman with gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black coat with red ribbons and black yoga pants.

She is believed to suffer from serious medical conditions, though police did not specify what they are.

Police suspect Winn is traveling south and may be heading toward Georgia.

Anyone with information about Winn’s whereabouts is asked to contact state police at 724-439-7111.
