Stanley E. Chapman, 63, of Connellsville, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025.

He was born August 28, 1962, the son of John W. And Helen Marie Chapman.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his grandparents, John W. and Evelyn Chapman, and George and Cecelia Koschock; uncles, aunts and cousins.

Stanley graduated from Fairchance- Georges High School Class of 1981. He worked at Sterling Faucet in Morgantown.

He enjoyed riding his bicycle to Ohiopyle, sitting by the waterfalls and spending the day there, then would ride back to Connellsville. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, ballroom dancing, going on cruises, and hunting and fishing.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Stanley B. Chapman and wife Beth; his granddaughter, Anna Marie Chapman; and grandsons, Stanley E. Chapman II and John W. Chapman IV; great- granddaughter, Amelia Annrose Chapman; his brothers, Johnny Chapman and Mary Lou, and Larry Chapman and wife Lori; sisters, Diana Sproul and husband Jim Sproul, and Joyce Franks; nieces and nephews; great-nephews; uncles, aunts and cousins.

The family will receive friends and family in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, December 28, and again Monday, December 29, until 9:30 a.m., when Prayers of Transfer will be said. His Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in SS. Cyril and Methodius R.C. Church, 50 North Morgantown Street, Fairchance.
