Elizabeth Paige “Beth” Barnes, 75, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Born in Uniontown, Pa., she was the longtime founder and director of the Beth Barnes School of Dance.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen Cluss Barnes and Clayton Junior Barnes; and her brother, Russell Barnes.
She is survived by her brother, Douglas Barnes; her daughter, Victoria Doman Hunt; her son-in-law, Anthony Hunt; and her grandchildren, Stellan and Berkeley Hunt. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews of the Cluss, Barnes, Pollock and Doman families.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 10. A service celebrating Beth’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11, in the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Engel officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Uniontown.
