Betty Ann Balog, 72, of Penncraft, passed away Friday, April 10, 2026, in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown. She was born June 29, 1953 in McKeesport, a daughter of Harry E. and Betty Ann Yocabet Wilson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Wilson.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Joseph “Dave” Balog, Sr.; children, Sheri Guess and husband Brian, Joseph David Balog, Jr. and wife Shauna, Janine Booker and husband Robert; grandchildren, Breanna Allmendinger and husband Cameron, Hannah Guess, Katelyn Balog, Abigail Booker, Emily Guess; great- granddaughter, Isla Allmendinger. siblings, Nora Kolek (Andrew), Harry Wilson (Carol), Michael Wilson, Larry Wilson (Marcella), Brian Wilson (Mary); along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She loved her grandchildren deeply and cherished every moment spent with them. She also had a joyful spirit and loved dancing and singing along to music, often filling the room with her energy and happiness.
Betty’s family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of a blessing service at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, in the KISH-FABRY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 19 Legion Street, Republic. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
