Eleanor Leiber Bullied RN, 81, of Perryopolis, Jefferson Township, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2026, surrounded by her beloved husband and all of her family when she went home to meet her Lord and Savior at WVU – Ruby Memorial, Morgantown, W.Va.
Born June 28, 1944, in Flushing, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late John L. and Eleanor V. Crowel Leiber.
A resident of Perryopolis for the past 58 years, Mrs. Bullied was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Perryopolis and was a retired registered nurse from Uniontown Hospital, ICU Department.
Eleanor was an avid quilter and sewer, and a talented and passionate artist skilled in oil painting, chalk art, watercolors, and stained glass. In addition, she practiced jewelry making and lapidary work. She was also known for her culinary talents, excelling as a cook, baker, and professional wedding cake designer. An avid agriculturist, Eleanor took pleasure in cultivating her own garden.
She is survived by her husband, Edward J. Bullied II, with whom she celebrated 63 years of marriage April 20, 2026; children, Edward Bullied III, Timothy Bullied, Adam and Tammy Bullied, Leanore and Ken Magill, Veronica and Robert Chuboy, Samantha and Michael Savage, Meralee and Eric Moon, Elana and Ray Zwack, Kara and Michael Swamp, Erica and Jamie Lent; brother and sister- in-law, John M. and Marion Leiber; sister and brother-in-law, Victoria Ann and John Rosenski; 28 grandchildren, Clayton, Sabrina, Cassandra, Rachael, Christina, Jessica, Toni, Tommy, Sammy, Nicole, Taylor, Ethan, Alexandra, Natasha, Lauren, Raymond IV, Michael, Katherine, Sarah, Samuel, Elizabeth, Ava, Adam Jr., Gabrielle, Carter, Ella, EmaLee, Emilia; along with 10 great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Christopher Bullied.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 26, from 2 to 5 p.m. in the PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty Street, Perryopolis, 724-736-2515, followed by funeral services at 5 p.m., with the Rev. Oleh Seremchuk of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church officiating.
