Eleanor Lucretia Lasko Burkholder

Eleanor Lucretia Lasko Burkholder, 89, was ushered into the presence of her Lord Friday, February 6, 2026. She was born November 3, 1936, in Whitsett, the daughter of Charles and Lillian Price Lasko.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Richard Burkholder; son, Stanley Scott Burkholder; grandsons, Brandon Nicholson and Matthew Burkholder.

Eleanor is survived by her four children, Michelle Friguglietti and husband Domenic, Amy Bauer and husband Ray, Tracy Burkholder and Rachel Cooley, Tim Burkholder and wife Sandi; along with nine grandchildren; 12 great- grandchildren; and a brother, Ed Lasko.

Eleanor treasured spending time with her family. She was generous and a woman of prayer.

Eleanor enjoyed playing games, cards and Dominos. She cherished time with friends, Carol Byrne and Monica Burkholder.

Eleanor attended Central Fellowship Church in Connellsville and was a former member of the Church of the Brethren, where she served as a deacon and went on a mission trip to Honduras.

Eleanor’s family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 21, in the BLAIR- LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, where her funeral service will take place at 3 p.m. Interment will be private.

Memorial contributions can be made to Central Fellowship Church, Connellsville.
