Carolyn W. Henshaw, 78, of Brownsville, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026.
She was born July 9, 1947 in Brownsville, to the late Nicholas and Ida Pacione Wells.
Carolyn was retired from Brownsville Area School District while teaching the fourth grade at Central School.
She was also predeceased by her husband, Howard Henshaw; and brother, Bruce Wells.
She is survived by her son, Marc N. Henshaw and wife Susan of Allen Park, Mich.; granddaughters, Cecilia and Marceline Henshaw; sister, Jean Wells Arnold and husband Tom of Mt. Sinai, N.Y.; niece, Bailey; and nephew, Jesse.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 1135 Park Street, Brownsville, Tuesday, February 24, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, February 25, until 10:30 a.m., when a prayer service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass in the Historic Church of St. Peter at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Fr. Efren Ambre as celebrant.
