Linda Rae Prinkey Myers passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2026. She was born February 8, 1947 in Confluence, the daughter of the late TheaBelle Montaque Prinkey and Melvin P. Prinkey.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her only child, her son, Elliot Ray “Rock” Myers; and former husband, Raymond E. “Buddy” Myers, Jr.; and brother, John V. Prinkey.

As per her request, there will be no viewing. She will be buried beside her son at Samson Chapel Cemetery.
