We need to deal with our racial problems
Let’s find a way to solve the problem of racial disharmony, injustice and dimwit protesting for all ethnics.
We need to make our country get along together effectively to save our society, especially for our grandchildren. Unfortunately, it may never happen due to ill-feelings that may never vanish. There have been countless numbers of minorities successful in the careers of medical, business, entertainment, and even blue collar work. It can be done and requires serious patience and desire. Sure as the sun rises in the morning, racial harmony/injustice has improved “dramatically” the last 52 years since the Lyndon Johnson Administration.
It takes long-suffering and time for improvement to get where it needs to be as did the early settlers endured. It does need a little more development.
I respect minorities for their determined effort in earning their deserved place in society by means of education, skills and self-respect. Your heart needs to be in doing right, not in doing wrong. Doing right will get you what you want. This “Black Lives Matter” movement is an overstatement in reference to signage protest and yelling about being subjected to harmful and fatal treatment of law enforcement racial bias. Everyone of any nationality has been treated unfairly and fatally for one reason or another ever since the United States was formed. Since then, people of any social trait are still ridiculed, beaten up, stepped on and fatally wronged. To this day anyone is made seriously answerable to aggressive criminal intent regardless of their nationality. Speaking of signage, let’s fly the “Goodyear blimp” all over the country flashing a message “All Lives Matter.”
You can’t exhibit yourself presenting criminalistic actions and expect appropriate treatment by policemen and the general public. Acting erratically only achieves more grief. There was a shallow man who thought vice was appropriate in his mind, but he didn’t realize he was out of his mind. It takes serious endeavor of applying yourself respectfully and behaved to avoid fatal or harmful treatment. What makes sense, a short life or a lasting life? Go about it educationally rather than criminally for longevity of life. Acting disrespectfully and criminally “reflects” dislike upon others of your ethnic nationality that have educationally earned their victorious place in society by means of self-respect and civility. What I’m saying is your disfavor hurts them as well. Unfair and unfortunate for their educational efforts.
Yes, I agree about the problem of profiling. It’s unfair, but particular individuals bring it upon themselves and others for the reasons I outlined prior. An innocent sweet infantile child is so pure of heart and unaware of how hazardous and risky life can be and grows into a blend of poor company because of not getting appropriate parental attention and guidance. Fatherless is a primary problem indeed. In reference to the Clint Eastwood movie, “The Good, Bad, and Ugly,” choose your companions carefully. Good becomes so. Bad and ugly becomes so.
My life matters also. As a Caucasian, I’ve been dealt with oppression by law enforcement and superiors in my very early years because I disregarded my responsibility of neglecting to respect myself and others. I learned the hard way and woke up as not to face the reality of ill-treatment if I didn’t comply with the rules of good conduct to succeed. I faired quite favorably. My grandchildren’s lives and future matter as well. They could be very easily mistreated and harmed fatally by injustice of a cruel society and mistaken perpetration by sophomoric police. In this very dangerous society of aggression with weapons they must react defensively. Their lives matter as well. Policemen/policewomen should be embraced, not disgraced. It goes both ways regardless of the percentage of those affected.
This recent response with signage and protest of “Black Lives Matter” is contemptably exaggerated because of feeling sorry for yourself and hate (feeling singled out). It lowers self-esteem and creates temperament. You can’t blast your rocket off into space if you don’t have it built properly. Get out of this rut of insensibility and concentrate on self-improvement as mentioned previously to gain a respected place in society as did others of your nationality. It’s a matter of determination, not extermination. An inspirational novel, “The Grapes of Wrath” written by John Steinbeck and made into a movie should be seen by all people exposed to ill-treatment and suffering. It just might wake you up and understand the meaning of dealing with hardship and patiently seek survival in life without feeling vulnerable to prejudice and utilizing determination to achieve accomplishment without illiterate rage.
Hypothetically, you can have a bad beginning but a good ending. Now is the time to begin a positive attitude and start to get a successful end. Eventually, the violent profiling will cease. As I mentioned in the beginning, it will take “time.” The “life form” hardship laughs at us all. The best we can do is try and laugh back and move on for betterment. My aim is to correct an unnecessary problem of profiling and violence. It need not be. Understanding right from wrong is elementary. I can’t accept someone receiving racial favorability regardless of who they are and what they may know in any job circumstance. I will abandon them and seek satisfaction with someone who deserves it. Then hopefully, you will carry a sign reading, “Hard work and determination pays.”
