Why would anyone injure a dog?
I don’t know why anything surprises me anymore with the way the world is that we live in.
Why would a grown man tie a dog by the ankles with a plastic lead? Why would he leave it like that for several days? Was he so miserable in his life that he would do this to a helpless animal? Didn’t anyone else see this?
Thank goodness someone finally did and called 911. What punishment is this man going to receive: a slap on the wrist? He should be treated exactly like the dog was; a plastic lead around the ankles for several days. Keep food away so he becomes malnourished.
If I sound cruel about the punishment of this poor excuse of a human being, this is my opinion and I don’t need to hear any backlash about it. I don’t want to live in a world where this inhumane behavior exists, but sadly, I do.
