Would it surprise you if I told you that despite having Republican majorities in both Pa. houses, we have seen legislation passed that ushered in mass, unconditional mail in voting, increased burdens placed on police departments and police officers right after the riots, and the creation of a COVID-19 council to be staffed with appointees from ultra left wing state colleges and universities?

That seems shocking to me. It’s almost like the small “R” Republicans are doing the bidding of the most progressive governor in the country. What better cover could one want? Would it also surprise you to find out that of the 2020 Pa. House races, there are 42 DemocRATS running unopposed and 41 small “R” Republicans running unopposed. And the opponent of the small “R” Republicans in the 49th District is apparently being demonized by the Democratic Party. So it’s essentially a dead heat for Pa. House lawmakers running unopposed.

While statistically possible, that seems to be almost manufactured. While I have no evidence to substantiate it, it seems odd, does it not? Throw on top of that, the only legislation “success” that the small “R” Republican majorities have had is the “transparency bill” that requires the office of open records to be staffed so that when you make a request for public information you will have it delayed forever because someone doesn’t care to do their job rather than nobody being there.
