Colonials shut out Brashear, 14-0
Albert Gallatin continued its successful run against City League schools with a 14-0 road victory Friday night over Brashear.
The Colonials improve to 2-0, while Brashear slips to 0-3.
Albert Gallatin scored with just nine seconds remaining in the first half when Tristan Robinson hit Dylan Shea on an 8-yard touchdown pass. The same combination hit on the two-point pass for an 8-0 halftime lead.
Caleb Lang scored on a 4-yard run midway through the third quarter.
Malik Kirby led the Colonials with 47 yards rushing on 17 carries. Robinson completed 5-of-12 passes for 92 yards and one interception. Bruno Fabrycki caught two passes for 61 yards.
The Albert Gallatin defense held Brashear to 135 total yards, including just 21 yards rushing.
