Derry holds on for 7-0 win over Vikings
Pryce Donovan powered in from one yard out in the first quarter and that’s all Derry needed Friday night for a 7-0 victory over visiting Mount Pleasant in Big East Conference action.
Donovan carried the ball 21 times for 117 yards for the Trojans (2-0, 3-1).
Jake Johnson was limited to one reception for the Vikings (1-1, 2-2) but rushed for 65 yards on 18 carries.
