Red Raiders open KSA Disney tourney with win

The Uniontown boys pulled away in the second half for a 63-41 victory over Central Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Tuesday in the opening round of the KSA Events Classic in Kissimmee, Fla.

The Red Raiders trailed 16-15 after the first quarter, but took a 33-28 halftime lead.

Uniontown extended its lead to 34-23 after three quarters and finished off the victory with a 12-5 advantage in the fourth quarter.

Jamire Braxton led Uniontown with 18 points. Bakari Wallaced added 16 points and Notorious Grooms finished with 12 points.

King Larkin paced Central Tuscaloosa with 15 points. Javion Taylor scored 13.
