A West Virginia man is facing a vehicular homicide charge in connection to a crash that led to the death of a motorcyclist in Cecil Township in October. William Erwin Johnston, 93, of Wellsburg, W.Va., allegedly struck and killed John Charles Dinsmore, 67, of McDonald, Oct. 6 in the 3000 block of Millers Run Road in Cecil Township. A number of regional projects are included in the recently approved Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) 2027鈥�30 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), which takes effect Oct. 1.
